NEW PORT ANTONIO APARTMENTS will be accepting applications for the waiting lists only. A lottery will be held to re-open the 1-2-3 bedroom project based section 8 waitlists.

To qualify for these waitlists, the following income limits apply:

How to get an application?
1-Applications can be picked up on Tuesday, April 24 and Wednesday, April 25 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at: United Housing Mgt. Office – 530 Warren Street, Dorchester, MA 02121.
2-Applications can also be picked up on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at: The Boston Public Library – Mattapan Branch – 1350 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan, MA 02126.
If you cannot pick up the application, please call the office at 617-541-5510, ext. 210 to have an application sent to you.

Returning completed applications and lottery selection:
Applications must be returned to the Office on Monday, April 30, 2018, Tuesday, May 1st, 2018, Wednesday, May 2nd, 2018 and Thursday, May 3rd, 2018 from 9:00am to 2:00 pm. If you choose to mail the application, it must be postmarked by Thursday, May 3rd, 2018.

No application will be accepted after 2:00PM on May 3rd, 2018.
If your application shows that you are eligible, your place on the waiting list will be decided by a random lottery; so there is no need to come in person for the selection process . The lottery will be held on June 15, 2018 at 10:00AM at the Brook Avenue Cooperative – Community Room 147 Moreland Street, Roxbury, MA 02119.
