The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 7C s.36 and Section 301 of Chapter 60 of the Acts of 1994, presents a redevelopment opportunity to acquire 10 acres (vacant land), five miles southwest of downtown Boston. The site is bounded by American Legion Highway, Morton, Harvard and Walk Hill Streets. The Commonwealth is soliciting proposals from parties interested in developing the final disposition property at the Former Boston State Hospital in the City of Boston. The terms and requirements of the sale of the disposition property are set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP).

Complete instructions for the submission of proposals are set forth in the RFP. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any or all proposals it receives for any reason or no reason.

Deadline: Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, September 13, 2019 at the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, One Ashburton Place, 15th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts and shall be opened at DCAMM, One Ashburton Place, 15th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts after 3:00 PM on September 13, 2019.
