The Richmond Meadows II (Phases V and VI) Rental Apartment Development Project is comprised of a 55-unit component and is the final two phases of the total 225-unit rental apartment community located off Old South Road in Nantucket. This lottery is for a series of fifteen (15) units of AMI restricted rental apartment units, the first of which are scheduled to be available for initial occupancy in February of 2024. The fifteen (15) AMI restricted rental apartments are being made available through this application and lottery process, and will
be rented to households with the following annual income limits and at the following monthly rents:

These Fifteen (15) Units will be Rented to Households Earning 80% or Less of the Area Median Income (AMI)

Maximum Household Income Limits
$69,800 (1 person) $79,800 (2 people) $89,750 (3 people)
$99,700 (4 people) $107,700 (5 person) $115,700 (6 people)

80% AMI Restricted Unit Monthly Rents*:
Studio @ $1,593, 1BR @ $1,816, 2BR @ $2,009, 3BR @ $2,206

*These monthly rents are based on the 2023 HUD income limits and the December 2022 HAC Utility Allowances. In addition to the monthly rent, Tenants will pay for their own Electricity (Heat, Hot Water, and Cooking are all electric).
