Applicants must be 62 years or older or disabled to qualify. Rent is 30% of the household’s adjusted monthly gross income.

Applications can also be downloaded and printed from SavinHillApts.com. Applications may also be picked up in person at:

Completed applications must be faxed to 617-825-8324, emailed lvo@cjmanagement.com or dropped off at the management office by August 31 at 4pm to be included in the lottery. All applications sent via US mail must postmarked by August 31 to be included in the lottery.
