Shirley Meadows, located at 27 Hospital Road in Devens, MA, is a development consisting of 58 total rental units in one building.
All of the units in the development will be rented to those households earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income.
The affordable units consist of 55 one-bedroom units and 3 two-bedroom units.
* For households who already have a rental subsidy for housing, this minimum may be waived.
Occupancy is estimated to begin June 2020
Applications are available beginning November 1, 2019. Completed applications must be received or postmarked by December 31, 2019, at 12:00 PM in care of the Chelmsford Housing Authority, 10 Wilson ST, Chelmsford, MA 01824.
Applications will be available in person at the Chelmsford Public Library, Hazen Memorial Library in Shirley, Shirley Town Hall and the Ayer Housing Authority.
