The first affordable homes will be ready in April/May 2019.
This is a lottery for the 7 affordable homes being built at the Eastondale Cottages. These homes units will be sold at affordable prices to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income.
The 1BR homes are 1,060 square feet and the 2BR homes range from 965 to 1,175 square feet. All homes feature full basements, AC, Vinyl flooring in the bathroom and laundry areas, carpet in living areas, hallways and bedrooms. All counter tops will be laminate. Appliances include microwave, dishwasher and electric range. Washer/Dryers refrigerators are not included. 2BR homes include one garage parking spot. 1BR homes have one covered surface parking spot.
Maximum Household Income Limits:
$50,350 (1 person), $57,550 (2 people),
$64,750 (3 people), $71,900 (4 people)
The Maximum Household Asset Limit is $75,000.
Applications and Required Income Documentation must be delivered, not postmarked, by 2pm on January 14th, 2019.
A Public Information Session will be held at 6 pm on December 3rd, 2018 in the Queset House First Floor Presentations Commons Room (53 Main St, Easton). The Lottery will be held on February 4th, 2019 at 6 PM in the same location.
