Housing has always been a part of the YMCA’s mission.
We offer housing to adults and families looking for a clean, safe and affordable place to call home. Affordable housing continues to be one of the biggest challenges facing residents of the North Shore. To meet this need, our Y operates housing facilities in Beverly, Ipswich, Cape Ann and Haverhill, putting a roof over the heads of more than 500 children and adults.

Applications will be available from May 1, 2021 to July 15, 2021. Deadline for applications is August 2, 2021. Applications must be submitted in person at 271 Rantoul Street or 325 Cabot Street Beverly, MA 01915 by 4 PM on August 2, 2021 or postmarked by August 2, 2021.
Lottery will be held on September 1, 2021, 11am through Zoom. The Zoom meeting information will be provided to applicants who apply to the lottery.
Informational session will be held on June 12, 2021 at 2 PM and July 1, 2021 at 6pm. The meetings will be through Zoom. The Zoom meeting information will be posted on wwwCabotLottery.com on the day of the meeting.
