All legal notices are printed in the newspaper as well as online.
Probate Court notices:
The cost to publish a probate court notice is $220 (2025). We do require prepayment unless you have a fee waiver from the court.
How to place the notice:
Email (ads@baystatebanner.com) or fax (617-261-2346) the citation and then call Rachel Reardon at 617-936-7799 to pay over the phone with a credit card. We can also email a link to pay online.
OR
Mail the citation with a check or money order to Bay State Banner, Attn: Legal Advertising, 1 John Eliot Sq., Roxbury, MA 02119
OR
Call Rachel Reardon at 617-936-7799 to make an appointment to come into the office.
Fee waiver
If you have a fee waiver from the court, please send the “Determination Regarding Fees & Costs” along with the citation as detailed above.
For all other legal notices:
Please email a draft of the notice to Rachel Reardon at ads@baystatebanner.com, preferably as a Microsoft Word file.
Our deadline for submission is every Monday at 10am for that Thursday’s paper. If there is a Monday holiday, the deadline is moved up to the Friday before at 10am.
