Roxbury Community College – Your Future is our Focus

Banner

New construction at Roxbury Community College (RCC) is now complete; our new, state-of-the-art facilities now match the long-standing quality of our academic programs.  The College recently completed $72.5 million in renovations; and, our fully-renovated Media Arts Center, new Student Commons, Library, Learning Center, STEM labs and Health Sciences Building are renovated and fully-open for the fall 2018 semester.

While RCC’s facilities are new, what makes us great hasn’t changed.

Roxbury Community College (RCC) is a diverse, forward-thinking, student-centered and inclusive community college, located in the heart of Boston. We’re steps away from Mission Hill and Dudley Square, and minutes away from Fenway and the Longwood Medical Area. There’s no better place to study and learn than RCC.

At RCC, our faculty and staff are committed to your success. Our small class sizes guarantee that your teachers will have the time needed to provide you with personalized support and guidance. Our faculty regularly meets with students outside of the classroom, to provide both personal and academic advice. We have programs and offices dedicated to providing you with support on personal matters so that you never feel alone. You’re more than just a number at RCC: you’re an important and valuable part of our community.

We have numerous student organizations that regularly plan events, including the International Multicultural Club, the Galileo Science Club, the Video/Technology Club, the Muslim Student Association, and many more. Our Student Government Association (SGA) regularly holds events, as does the Phi Theta Kappa honor society. There’s also a full calendar of events at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center and the Media Arts Center.
