Attention all marathon runners (and spectators too!) Whether you are running in the Boston Marathon, cheering from along the route or watching on television, local business have deals to help you get ready to run and then recover after Marathon Monday.

Estella
49 Temple Place, Downtown Boston

Estella is your Marathon Monday headquarters with carbs, cocktails and coverage. They’ll be serving up the carbs all week long leading up to the big day. Thursday through Monday, they’ve got your pre-race fuel covered with pasta specials! On April 21 from 11 AM to 2 AM stop by for food and drink specials and wall-to-wall race coverage on every screen.

This Newton restaurant is featuring marathon-themed carbo-loading pasta specials, including Fettuccine Alfredo ($20) with house-made alfredo sauce and garlic bread (add grilled chicken for $28 or grilled shrimp for $29), and Baked Cavatappi Bolognese ($26) featuring cavatappi pasta in homemade meat sauce topped with mozzarella cheese and served with garlic bread. They’ll also be serving their special Hero 95 beer, perfect for post-race celebrations or spectators cheering on the runners. You can also purchase Hero 95 at their sister store, Oak n’Barrel.
